Our Manifesto
This is what we believe. This is how we work.
We are builders who became investors.
We did not learn venture from pitch competitions or podcast advice. Ramesh Kumar and the ExtervertoAI team have built products, managed teams, owned outcomes, and survived hard nights before launch. We invest with that lived experience — not as distant advisors, but as people who know what scale actually demands.
We back founders at the earliest stages.
Mostly pre-seed and Seed. We look for founders who are obsessed with real problems, not trends. If we invest, we get deeply involved. If we pass, we will tell you exactly why — no ghosting, no vague pass emails.
We are headquartered in India, but we think global.
Based in India, our network spans the US, UK, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. To us, "ExtervertoAI" means thinking outward — beyond borders, beyond categories, beyond the obvious.
We prefer useful over flashy.
We are drawn to technology that makes hard things simpler: AI that actually improves how a business operates, infrastructure that future-proofs an industry, and consumer products that people genuinely love. If customers won't care in five years, neither will we.
Our job is to help you do yours.
We help with hiring, org design, product strategy, revenue models, and fundraising. We show up to work — not to take credit.
We move fast and own our decisions.
No long committee processes. No endless back-and-forth. You will get a real answer and real feedback in days, not months.
We try to be fair — always.
Simple term sheets. Straight talk. Founder-friendly structures. When things get hard, we don't disappear. We stay in the boat.
We are not for everyone.
If you want validation and cheerleading, we are probably not the right fit. We will push back when it matters. You run the company — we back your judgment and add ours.
